These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 666kz Casino ("666kz", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://666kz.club and all associated gaming, betting, and account services provided therein (collectively, the "Platform").

The 666kz Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Age verification may be requested at any time.
Each person may hold only one 666kz account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.
Players must deposit only funds that belong to them. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit as standard procedure.
All 666kz bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and expiry periods as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and, where applicable, PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
Players may set deposit limits, session timers, and request self-exclusion at any time through account settings. 666kz is committed to player welfare and PAGCOR responsible gaming standards.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Minimum Age. Access to the 666kz Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is imposed by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The 666kz Platform is intended for use by residents and persons physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 666kz makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.3 Age Verification Requests. 666kz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.
2.4 Prohibited Persons. Individuals who are employees, contractors, officers, or directors of 666kz or its affiliated companies, or immediate family members of such persons residing in the same household, are prohibited from holding a Player Account or participating in real-money wagering on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may maintain only one (1) active Account on the 666kz Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 666kz may permanently suspend all accounts associated with a Player found to have violated this policy and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other required details — is accurate, current, and truthful. You are obligated to notify 666kz promptly of any changes to your registration information by contacting customer support.
3.3 Account Security Obligations. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 666kz login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your password or any One-Time Passwords (OTPs) with any third party. 666kz will never contact you to request your password or OTP codes. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be attributed to you regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
3.4 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify 666kz immediately upon discovering or suspecting unauthorised access to your Account. 666kz may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported or suspected unauthorised access.
3.5 Account Verification. 666kz reserves the right to require full Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds or in accordance with AML obligations. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of registered payment method ownership.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 666kz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods are subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
4.2 Own Funds Requirement. All funds deposited into a 666kz Account must be owned solely by the Account holder. You are prohibited from depositing funds on behalf of a third party or allowing any third party to deposit funds into your Account. Violation of this provision constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and AML reporting.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to standard processing times as follows: GCash and Maya (Silver tier and above): approximately 15 minutes; GCash and Maya (Bronze tier): up to 24 hours; Bank transfers: 1–2 business days, subject to the receiving institution's processing timelines. 666kz does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are outside 666kz's control.
4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Applicable withdrawal limits are determined by the Player's current loyalty tier: Bronze ₱50,000 per day; Silver ₱150,000 per day; Gold ₱500,000 per day; Platinum ₱2,000,000 per day. These limits are subject to change at 666kz's discretion with reasonable notice.
4.5 Withholding of Withdrawals. 666kz reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity or AML verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or fulfillment of applicable bonus wagering requirements. 666kz will communicate the reason for any withholding to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by 666kz are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is made available. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements; live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated within the specified activation window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified period, will result in the automatic forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.4 Abuse of Promotions. 666kz reserves the right to withdraw a Bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend an Account if it reasonably determines that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using excluded games to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or participating in co-ordinated or systematic exploitation of any promotion.
5.5 Eligibility. 666kz reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its reasonable discretion. Participation in promotions is limited to Players who have verified their 666kz Account and are in good standing.
6.1 Applicable Game Rules. All games available on the 666kz Platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. By placing a wager, you agree to those rules. In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on screen during a game session and the mathematical outcome determined by 666kz's certified gaming server, the server result shall be considered definitive.
6.2 RNG Certification. All non-live casino games on the 666kz Platform utilise Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot games and are subject to periodic audit.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 666kz Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate permanent account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
8.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. 666kz is committed to responsible gaming and player welfare in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and industry best practices. We offer the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at no charge through your Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders and hard limits, cooling-off periods (temporary suspension for a defined period), and permanent self-exclusion.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. A Player who requests self-exclusion will have their Account suspended for the requested duration. During a self-exclusion period, 666kz will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the affected Player from creating a new Account and will not direct promotional communications to the Player. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the period expires will not be actioned until the full exclusion period has elapsed.
8.3 Underage Access Prevention. 666kz employs age verification measures at registration and reserves the right to conduct additional checks at any time. If 666kz determines or reasonably suspects that an Account holder is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant authorities. Winnings accumulated by an underage player are not eligible for withdrawal.
9.1 All content on the 666kz Platform — including but not limited to the 666kz brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and audio-visual material — is the intellectual property of 666kz or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from Platform content without the prior written consent of 666kz is strictly prohibited.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 666kz's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 666kz shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 666kz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 666kz's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
10.4 Force Majeure. 666kz shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from a Force Majeure event. 666kz will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of any Force Majeure event and to resume normal Platform operations as promptly as practicable.
11.1 Amendments. 666kz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the registered mobile number or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
11.2 Account Closure by Player. A Player may request closure of their 666kz Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any unused real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the standard withdrawal method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.
11.3 Suspension or Termination by 666kz. 666kz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where 666kz reasonably believes a Player has violated these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. 666kz will provide notice of suspension or closure where it is safe and legally permissible to do so.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact 666kz customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 666kz will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to [email protected].
12.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms may also be available to Players where the dispute falls within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.
